Technical Overview
This demonstration is a great example of the power of ExcelTemplate and
Excel together. Only three simple values are written into the workbook
with ExcelTemplate, and all of the powerful and complex calculations are done
by Excel when the generated workbook is opened.
You can easily retrofit your existing Excel reports for delivery over the web
using ExcelTemplate. Simply place data markers where data should be
imported, and when the workbook opens the calculations will take place on the
new data. If you have formulas or charts that reference the imported data,
ExcelTemplate updates the references automatically.
